Our Editorial Purpose
Estate Doctor aims to make India’s real estate market easier to understand. We cover market movements, developers, projects, infrastructure, regulations, transactions and other developments that influence the property landscape.
We are not property brokers or channel partners, and we do not sell properties. Our role is to examine information, question claims and present insights that help audiences better understand the market.
Our content is intended for general informational and educational purposes. It should not be treated as personalised legal, financial or investment advice.
Research, Sources and Verification
We aim to base our content on relevant, credible and verifiable information. Depending on the subject, our sources may include:
- Government departments, regulatory authorities and public records.
- Real estate regulatory filings, project disclosures and official documents.
- Developer announcements, project specifications and company statements.
- Market reports, research publications and industry data.
- Interviews with relevant professionals and subject-matter experts.
- Credible news reports and other publicly available information.
We make reasonable efforts to verify material claims before publication. Where information is incomplete, disputed or cannot be independently confirmed, we aim to communicate the relevant limitations.
Information about property prices, approvals, availability, possession dates and infrastructure developments can change. Readers should verify current details with the relevant authorities or organisations before making decisions.
Project Evaluations and Editorial Analysis
Our project evaluations and real estate analyses may examine factors such as:
- Location, connectivity and surrounding infrastructure.
- Pricing, specifications and amenities.
- Developer credentials and delivery history.
- Project documentation and relevant regulatory information.
- Potential opportunities, limitations and risks.
Our Deal Ya No Deal format presents an editorial assessment based on the information available and the criteria relevant to the project.
Our conclusions represent an informed perspective at the time of publication. They are not guarantees of project quality, future property appreciation, rental income or investment returns. They also do not replace independent legal, financial, technical or other professional due diligence.
We may update an assessment when material information changes or new evidence becomes available.
Editorial Independence and Conflicts of Interest
Estate Doctor aims to distinguish independent editorial analysis from commercial content.
We retain editorial discretion over the subjects we cover, the questions we ask, the information we include and the conclusions we publish.
Where a relevant commercial relationship or other conflict of interest exists, we aim to disclose it where appropriate. We may decline or modify content where a conflict cannot be managed in a way that preserves the integrity of the publication.
Submitting information, participating in an interview or entering into a commercial arrangement does not guarantee publication, a positive evaluation or a favourable verdict.
Sponsored Content, Advertising and Paid Partnerships
Estate Doctor may collaborate with developers, brands, agencies and other organisations on paid features, advertising, sponsored content and custom campaigns.
Where content is paid for, sponsored or otherwise commercially supported, we aim to identify the relationship through appropriate disclosures, such as “Sponsored”, “Advertisement” or “Paid Partnership”, as applicable.
The scope, format, deliverables, fees and timelines for commercial engagements will be agreed separately in writing.
Payment for a collaboration does not automatically guarantee a favourable editorial assessment. Commercial content and independent editorial evaluations may be treated differently depending on the nature of the engagement, and we aim to make that distinction clear to our audience.
Collaboration Opportunities
We welcome relevant proposals from:
- Real estate developers and project teams.
- Brands and businesses serving the real estate ecosystem.
- Industry leaders, architects, consultants and subject-matter experts.
- Research organisations and data providers.
- Advertising, public relations and communications agencies.
- Individuals and organisations with relevant news tips, research or industry insights.
Potential collaborations may include developer and project features, market insights, expert interviews, sponsored content, advertising campaigns, editorial contributions and custom content partnerships.
All proposals are subject to review. We consider relevance to our audience, the credibility of the source, the quality of supporting information, the proposed format and the suitability of the collaboration.
Submitting a proposal does not guarantee acceptance, publication, reach or a particular outcome.
Information and Materials Required
Depending on the nature of a proposal, we may request organisation details, project information, supporting documents, verified specifications, pricing information, images, videos, approved creative assets, expert details, campaign objectives and proposed timelines.
Partners are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and that they have the necessary rights and permissions to share any materials supplied to us.
We may request additional information or decline to use materials that are incomplete, misleading, unauthorised or unsuitable for publication.
Commercial Terms and Deliverables
For paid collaborations, the scope of work, deliverables, fees, applicable taxes, payment schedules, timelines, revisions, content usage rights and cancellation conditions will be agreed separately in writing before work begins.
Any changes to the agreed scope may require revised terms or written approval. Delays in receiving information, approvals or creative assets may affect delivery timelines.
Cancellations, refunds, rescheduling and other commercial matters will be governed by the terms agreed for the specific engagement.
Estate Doctor may pause or discontinue a collaboration where material information is misleading, required documentation is not provided, legal concerns arise or the proposed content conflicts with our editorial standards.
Accuracy, Corrections and Right of Response
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that our content is accurate, relevant and presented in context.
If a material factual error is brought to our attention, we will review the concern and make corrections or updates where appropriate.
Where content raises significant concerns about a developer, project or organisation, we may seek a response from the relevant party when appropriate and practical. Responses received may be considered as part of our editorial review.
We aim to distinguish verified facts from opinions, interpretations and allegations. We do not intend to present unverified allegations as established facts.
For corrections, factual clarifications or responses to published content, contact [email protected].
Intellectual Property and Content Usage
Each party is responsible for ensuring it has the necessary rights and permissions for the content, images, videos, trademarks, data and other materials it supplies.
Ownership, publication rights, distribution, reuse and permitted usage of materials created or supplied as part of a collaboration will be governed by the relevant written agreement.
Neither party should assume permission to use the other party’s intellectual property beyond the rights expressly granted.
No Brokerage or Property Sales
Estate Doctor operates as a real estate intelligence and content platform, not as a property brokerage or channel partner.
Our editorial coverage and collaboration services are intended for informational, advertising, content and related business purposes. A collaboration does not, by itself, establish a brokerage, channel-partner or property-sales relationship.
Any separate arrangement must be expressly agreed in writing and accurately reflect the services being provided.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Editorial & Collaboration Policy to reflect changes in our editorial practices, services, commercial arrangements or applicable requirements.
Any revised version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage visitors and partners to review the policy periodically.
